Code of conduct

Everyone who takes part in our activities, members, volunteers and guests, agrees to:
- Treat others with respect, whatever their age, background, language, beliefs or abilities.
- Keep our gatherings safe, and follow our Safeguarding policy.
- Respect people’s privacy: don’t share others’ personal information, photos or stories without their permission.
- Respect our culture and the people who carry it, and the knowledge they share.
- Declare any conflict of interest, as our Conflict of interest policy describes.
The committee may ask anyone who doesn’t follow this code to leave an activity, and may act under the Constitution. To raise a concern, email contact@tefaremaohinui.nz.
